About The Lindalë String Quartet

Formed in 2013 by four musicians seeking to expand their music education, the Lindalë String Quartet has now matured into one of the Triangle’s finest young chamber ensembles.  Often praised for their remarkably mature performances and talent, they have had the opportunity to work with and perform for such musicians and guests as the Shanghai String Quartet, NC Symphony director Grant Llewellyn, North Carolina State Legislators and Governor Pat McCrory.

The Lindalë String Quartet works regularly with coaches from the North Carolina Symphony and performs numerous times throughout the year for public and private events around the greater Raleigh area.  Some of their public performances this past year include appearances at the North Carolina Museum of Art, Marbles Kids Museum, Festival in Motion at Walnut Creek Wetlands Center, before Cary Applause! Youth Theatre and North Carolina Opera performances, Wake Enterprises, local retirement communities, and select concerts and events with local churches including a performance of Albinoni’s Adagio for Strings in G Minor with organist Jason Pace and NC Symphony Assistant Principal cellist, Elizabeth Beilman.

About "Juliana"

"Juliana," a short film about the difficulty of harboured grief and trauma, follows a SBI Agent as she comes closer to finding the murderer of a little girl, but her own dark past lies at the door, ready to lunge forward to get in the way and harm those around her.

Written by three high-school aged homeschool students, "Juliana" (working title) will be produced by students in the Monday Intermediate Filmmaking class at Sonorous Road Productions.  Funds raised for the film from this event will be used to help provide for basic production needs including equipment, costumes, production design, and professional crew members to assist with different aspects of the filmmaking process.
